  • Can I get custom and personalized orders?
Yes, you can get custom items. Please contact me here or on instagram (KleverKatCreations).

 

 

  • Do items have care instructions?
Any item that requires special care will come with care instructions. You can contact me if you have any questions about care.

 

 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
If your item is a gift and you have any specific requests please let me know in the order notes. If you want extensive gift packaging, it will be charged separately.

 

 

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Some returns are accepted, but return shipping is at the customers expense.

If your package is delivered tampered/damaged, please open a claim with the shipping carrier that delivered it. We cannot control what happens with the packages during transit.
