Shipping

  • Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is usually 1-2 weeks. Some items/orders may have shorter or longer processing times.

 

Estimated shipping times

  • United States: 1-14 business days
  • Everywhere Else: 1-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Customs and import taxes

  • All packages are shipped from Wisconsin USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 


Returns & exchanges

 

  • Some returns are accepted, but return shipping is at the customers expense.
  • If your package is delivered tampered/damaged, please open a claim with the shipping carrier that delivered it. We cannot control what happens with the packages during transit.
  • If there was any problem related to your order due to our process, please contact us so we can see what can be done to fix it. Thank you!

  • Please triple check your address at purchase. I am not responsible for an incorrect mailing address being used. Make sure your item is being delivered to a safe and secure environment to ensure it doesn't get stolen. Once the item has been labeled "shipped" or "in hands of USPS", I am no longer responsible for theft, damage, late arrival times and/or any errors with the postal service. If you have any issues with delivery or the postal service, please call your local post office. Thank you.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.


  • Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

- Shopify. I share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you my services.
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
